Yoga Classes - Starting Friday July 7th 2017  (call for info:  720-465-8682)


Yo-Core ™(Mondays, 9:15-10:15am): Start your week off right by strengthening your "powerhouse" (abs, hips, pelvis, glutes)- the place from which all controlled movement is initiated. Combined yoga and Pilates exercises capitalize on efficient, effective moves to create a strong and balanced core. With focus on lengthening and toning throughout the body, this class is a great complement to any athletic and fitness pursuits.All levels. 

Hatha Basics  (Tuesdays and Thursdays 09:15 - 10:15)  As an ancient yoga art, Hatha is described as the joining of the two, “Ha” meaning sun and “Tha” meaning moon. Come join us for a stately paced class focusing on breathing, body alignment and the building of strength and flexibility. This is an excellent beginners class, teaching you some of the bare bone fundamentals of what we call Yoga!  All Levels.


Yoga for Every Body (Wednesdays, 10:15-11:30am): Come get your zen on! This 75 minute class involves breathing exercises, deep stretches, and dynamic yoga poses designed to increase flexibility and balance, while strengthening and toning the entire body. A great mid-week class to catch your breath and re-connect. All levels. 


Strength & Conditioning (Fridays, 9:15-10:15am): Get adrenalized for the weekend with this full body class mixing cardio, weight training and gentle stretching. Utilizing everything from mini fit balls to hand weights to resistance bands, this class will help you discover muscles you never knew existed! Increase your overall strength, confidence and enthusiasm. Your heart will thank you! All levels.
